A little backstory

The Challenge

The program began purely based on word of mouth around October 2020. Personally inviting people to the sessions, keeping it off-grid, and really focus on creating bonds and community for about 3-4 months.

In March 2021, the Founder decided to launch a paid 5-week program to the public in collaboration with IMI Dance Studio. The founder was unsure of how to communicate to the Sydney dance community on the value of this program and wasn't sure how and what to promote.

I advised him to do some user research on the current members to understand the impact his product was created on the community. I offered my help to conduct User Research, which led to an official Logo, Brand Identity, Strategy, and Content in a 2-week time frame.

Coffee with the Founder

Over some coffee, the Triple-T founder and I discussed his vision to building a platform to condition dancers in Sydney.

I asked him the following:

- Interviewing the Dancers

I formulated an interview schema to guide me through the interview.

Tailoring an interview schema is my favorite way to prepare for interviews, as it gives me enough structure to explore areas identified pain points from the client. However, enough flexibility to allow the interview to feel like a conversation. I do this with the intention the user feels comfortable and safe enough with me to open about their challenges, pain points, and frustrations they have towards their goal.

With the Triple-T dancer, I wanted to explore 4 pillars:

  1. Fitness
  2. Dance
  3. Community
  4. Their current perspective of Triple-T

Why?
